Introduction

Hey! This is Ilona and i guess this is going to be my first post on this blog. I'm going to start by giving a few facts about me and R5.

         R5 was started by Riker, Rydel, Rocky, Ross and Ryland Lynch in Littleton, Colorado. Later in 2007, they moved to Los Angeles, California and met Ellington Ratliff in a dance class. They invited Ellington into the band and since Ryland was still in school they decided to make him their opening act, the DJ. Ross is the lead singer and one of the lead guitarists, Rocky is the other lead guitarist, Riker plays the bass, Rydel plays the keyboard and Ellington plays the drums. The boys all were in at least one TV show. Riker was one of the Dalton Academy Warblers from the show Glee and he was one of the finalists on season twenty or Dancing With The Stars (finishing in second place), Rocky was a dancer on So You Think You Can Dance, Ellington was on season two of Raising Hope and on the first episode of Victorious. In 2011 Ross played the lead male role in Austin and Ally (which is finishing its last season) and he played the lead male role in the movies Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2. Rydel was more of a dancer than actor, she was a choreographer for LA Hip Kids. Since then R5 has had two world tours and have been nominated for many teen and kids awards. They have released three EPs and two albums. 

         I went to my first R5 concert on September 13, 2014 and i met them right before the performance. On October 24, 2014 I saw Rocky near my dance studio. On November 16, 2014 I went to another R5 concert and was in the front row and on December 14 I went to different concert, but R5 showed up there anyway. On March 4, 2015 (three days after my birthday) I went to another R5 concert and i was in the second row to the front and I got a birthday card signed by their parents, Ross' co-star on A&A and Riker's DWTS partner. Later on March 8 i saw Riker at a restaurant next door to the restaurant i was at. On August 23, 2015 i went to their concert at the Greek Theatre. In total I have been to four concerts, but i have met them six times. On January 30, 2016 I will be seeing them in concert and meeting them again in San Diego.
